Change implementation, as we all know, is a methodical strategy to deal with the transition or transformation of an organization’s goals, procedures, or technologies. The goal of change implementation is to apply new tactics that are extremely successful for the growth of any company. Whether the change is modest, such as the adoption of a new system, or much larger, such as a firm takeover or merger, the manner the change is handled makes all the difference in its success or failure.
Other things are important for change implementation, but I believe there is no need to follow the make checker practice while executing the change implementation phases if we are fulfilling all obligations to make this change effective.
