Firstly, the ones who work for money alone, and wouldn’t devote even an iota of their time beyond the 9-5 office timings, They are usually not happy with what they are doing, unlike the others, Secondly, there are those, for whom, work is a means of getting appreciation and rewards. They are happy N they feel their efforts are being acknowledged and rewarded. They stretch themselves to finish their work on time and are an asset to the organization. Thirdly, the ones who consider work as an end in itself. They put their heart and soul into their work and never worry about rewards. I am just asking you to try and transform yourself into one of the latter two.
