The Snapchat codes screen has an option called ‘Scan from Camera Roll’. Touch it and from your camera roll, touch the image that contains the Snapchat code. Snapchat will scan it and give you options to open and/or subscribe to the account.

How to create your Snapcode

To generate a URL Snapcode, simply add the website link of your choice and hit “Create a Snapcode!” You will also be given the option to add an image to the Snapcode.

You can also create Snapcodes in the app with these steps:

1. Open Snapchat and touch your profile picture.
2. Select the Settings icon in the upper right corner.
