In the first row, 72 ÷ (24/2) = 72 ÷ 12 = 6.
In the second row, 96 ÷ (16/2) = 96 ÷ 8 = 12.

Then, 108 ÷ (y/2) = 18  or  y/2 = 108/18 = 6  or  y = 12.
