IPS full form: It stands for Indian Police Service. Hindi: The full name of IPS in Hindi is the Indian Police Service or IPS. Age
People from Nepal and Bhutan can apply to take the Indian Police Services exam, as well. Any graduate student can apply to take this test. To take the IPS exam, you must be at least 21 to 30 years old. But only people who are SC or ST can take this exam until they are 35 years old.

Physical strength
Height: Male candidates must be at least 165 cm tall, while candidates from the SC/ST/OBC groups must be at least 160 cm tall. Female candidates must be at least 150 cm tall, but women of ST/SC/OBC candidates get 5 cms to break.
Chest: When it comes to chests, male candidates in all categories should have one that is about 84 cms and for women, they should have one that is 79 cms.
Eye Vision: It’s important to have eyesight between 6/6 and 6/9. People with poor eyesight should have at least 6/12 and 6/9. There should be no night blindness and your vision should be stereoscopic. There is a high level of blood pressure in this case. At age 23, you’re at 123. At age 24, you’re at 125. At the age of 28, you’re at 124. At age 32, you’re at 126. At the age of 34, you’re at 127.
Ears: Good hearing in the 1000-4000 range and a normal ear cavity. Hearing loss should not be more than 30 decibels.

Step 1: Take a written test.
If you want to become an IPS officer, the most important thing you need to do is pass the Civil Service Exam ( CSE ). Every year, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) holds the Civil Services Examination. It is made up of three parts: the Preliminary Examination, the Main Examination, and the Interview. Phase 2: More Training (Government Training Center)

After this training, candidates are sent to Hyderabad for a year of academic training from October to September, where they learn how to study.
