Describe the relief features of Telangana

Answer:

High altitude areas, mountains, peaks, valleys, low lying areas, and other relief elements of a region are referred to as relief features in geography. The main lands are divided into living regions, woods, islands, waste lands, river plains, and so on by these relief features.

The Deccan plateau is home to Telangana. It is located on the Indian Peninsula’s eastern seaboard’s centre section. The Godavari and Krishna rivers run through the state. The state is divided into two main regions. Ghats and peneplains can be found. The ground is riddled with low depressions. In the state, there are dense forest sections. The state is bordered on the east by the Eastern Ghats.

In Telangana, there are numerous minor local reliefs with a height of roughly 300 metres, small peak sites, and steep slopes. In this area, there are no prominent valleys. The state’s land elevations (hill tops) range from 500 to 800 metres.
